Returns Policy

Once your purchase has been completed, you agree to the Returns & Refunds Policy outlined below.

Thank you for placing an order with Golden Vale Hoof Care. We take great care to ensure that all products are carefully packaged and dispatched using the selected shipping method, and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind

Please Note: Products that are special-order items, custom-made, or supplied specifically to customer requirements cannot be returned.

If, for any reason, a purchased product does not meet your needs, we may offer a refund or exchange subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:


  • You must notify Golden Vale Hoof Care of your intention to return the product within 14 days of delivery

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely repackaged in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

Golden Vale Hoof Care cannot accept returned items that arrive damaged or incomplete. In such cases, no refund or exchange will be issued.

Returns sent without prior notice may be refused.

Return Methods

You may choose one of the following return options:

1. Arrange Your Own Courier

You may organise the return using a courier of your choice. All risks and costs associated with the return remain the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

2. Collection by Arrangement

In certain cases, Golden Vale Hoof Care may be able to arrange collection. Any associated costs will be agreed with you in advance and deducted from the refund if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:


  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and your preference

Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing

Golden Vale Hoof Care is not liable for faults arising from misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, fair wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Orders & Pricing


  • All prices displayed on the website are in EURO (€) and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may change due to VAT adjustments, supplier pricing, or correction of errors

  • Golden Vale Hoof Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch

Secure payments are processed via the website’s payment provider. No additional fees apply to standard card transactions.
